These last few days have been very strange and I seem to have finally succumbed to the cold that’s been going around the flatmates for the last three months. Curled up on the sofa in many layers (Michelin Man again!) and the 99p blankets V and I bought in Ikea yesterday! I have the laptop with me (better than a hot water bottle!) and loads of TV to catch up on as I was out all weekend. I decided that a Fruit Pastille lolly was the way forward for my throat….
….trouble is I now want another three of them!
One of my Facebook friends put this as her status update today “In the end we all only regret the chances we didnt take, the relationships we were scared to have and the descisions we waited too long to make. There comes a time in our lives when you realise who matters, who doesnt, who never did and who always will…” it’s very apt for what’s going on in my life at the moment! I’ve been thrown a bit of a curve ball and I’m trying to work out what to do with it!
I’ve got a very busy week ahead of me; tomorrow is Miss Brazil competition at Guanabara then maybe on to Jalouse for a bit of an impromptu after party, work on Thursday and Friday evening (boo), then the Pole Divas London heat on Saturday and off for another after party at another London club, probably Punk to follow and on Sunday it’s late afternoon/early evening drinks with V and the B.G.’s!!! My cold needs to bugger off and I will definitely need a week off to recover afterwards!
