So I’m off in a minute to the Pole Divas London heat which is going to be much fun. Always good to see girls girl kebabing (meat spinning on a stick; I do this for a living myself so am allowed to say it!) and see new moves and spins they’ve come up with. I’ve decided to wear this little lot today (I like that phrase, don’t I?!)….

Not sure what the plan is tonight but if we do end up going clubbing I think I’ll change into my Pirate outfit as it is Halloween after all!!!!
