I was a little like the proverbial gooseberry last night with all the couples (V’s Rockstar Boyf managed to get home from his tour of Europe) but fun was had all the same and I got some lovely presents. I made people try my homemade treats infront of me to see the reactions and either they are really good actors or I make good candy! The Southampton Arms do the most amazing roast pork baps, if you happen to be in Kentish Town NW5 I highly recommend them!
I’m so excited! I get to see my Dad, my Little Bother, his Missus and her folks today the downside is that my niece and nephews (!) won’t be there, oh and I have to be up super early (6am!) which my body always seem to object to. The bright side of the early start is getting to read my book on the hour long tube journey I have to take to meet my Dad in Rickmansworth and the niece and nephews will be back before I leave for London. There is always a silver lining if you look.

Now I know He does not approve of white tights but these are cream and teamed with the short dress, knee high boots and hint of cleavage I think they look foxy, this would have been my outfit for my date with The Architect if he hadn’t contracted the flu. What do you think, cream tights; yes/no? If you haven’t come across Fashion By He you should head on over and check it out, it’s laugh out loud (LOL, if you will) funny and always puts a smile on my face.
I have also decide to wear this coat…
…..which is vintage, I got it from The Antique & Vintage Dress Gallery which is a website that I love trawling through. It is a real mink collar but it is also about sixty years old, I don’t buy or agree with new fur clothing but vintage is a different thing to me. What are your thoughts?

I think the tights just about pass as they are cream- though if they were just a touch whiter then it'd look like you're wearing your catsuit under your dress…

I couldn't wear cream tights myself as I'm not that keen on my legs but I think you and Leighton Meeser pull them off!
Glad you brought up the question of vintage fur. I don't support farming animals just for their fur but I eat meat and I wear leather so it seems wasteful not to use their fur as well just because that is somehow seen as worst! I bought a vintage rabbit fur coat for £20 the other week, it's rabbit and I eat rabbits, plus it seems a waste to destroy it now.

The floral dress is beautiful and honey you can pull off any color of tights! The coat is also stunning and I agree with you, I don't wear real fur except if it's on a vintage piece. Although I wouldn't buy a full (real) fur vintage coat. Weird logic, I guess, but that's me! Have a Merry Christmas!!!
