I started the 30 Day Shred again last night, OUCH! Boy I am feeling it today, I lost a whole stone over four months with Jillian Michaels DVD’s last year, I don’t want to loose any more weight now but I do want to be able to maintain what I’ve got. Also my fitness levels suck and my figuring is that if I improve that now it’ll be easier than trying to do it when I’m forty one! I’ll let you know how I’m doing over the month but I realise it’s going to have to become a regular part of my day from now on realistically.

Today I’m wearing this….

Belt: Topshop
Skirt: Firetrap
Tights: Dorothy Perkins
Boots: Aldo

I thought I should wear some of my new purchases and I’m totally in love with this belt and the boots are great, so comfy to wander around in which I did all this afternoon unfortunately it was in the rain. I really need to get myself a better camera, I can’t believe how blurry all my photos were today and I took about forty!

I got some potentially exciting news this afternoon, I can’t say too much now but if you wouldn’t mind crossing your fingers for me next Wednesday at 10am it would be much appreciated!

Started my gym going yesterday and really felt it today, I cracked when I got home today though and there was a pile of left over Christmas mincepies and shortbreads on the table nearing their best before, oh well I'll start again tomorrow!   • Consider them crossed! I really need to get fit, I brought my sparlking white trainers (due to lack of use) to London and I think there's a park nearby so I'm going to get my fit on! I live on a hill and on the 2nd floor so my legs will be well worked out! πŸ™‚ Love this look and can't wait to hear what's happening on Weds! X
