I have an interesting week ahead of me, tonight is a charity dinner in Essex (we’re wearing the Grape catsuits), tomorrow I’m having a milkshake lunch at Ed’s (best milkshakes in London!) with Blue Eyed Guy and then we will attempt to make pancakes, Wednesday it’s work, Thursday I have an appointment to apply for my Personal Function License (eep!), Friday I’m off down to the Island to visit Papa for the weekend and then on Monday I start my new job, arrrghhhh! So exciting!!
When I woke up yesterday I ached but it wasn’t as bad as previous post workout mornings, it did however get worse throughout the day which was pants! I didn’t end up working out until really late yesterday but I did get my workout in, I was so stiff that it was difficult to start with and I couldn’t always do the full range of motion but it felt better the further I got into the DVD so that’s promising……I hope. Today I woke up and OUCHHHHHHH my calf muscles are killing me, to the point that walking is painful, oh dear I’m spending tonight in high heels….this should be interesting. I’ve found that once I’ve started moving everything eases up a little but still OUCH!
I’m wearing this for the afternoon and the very brief walk to work……
Cardigan: Jane Norman

@ Gertrude I found that if you push through everything actually loosens up while you are exercising and you feel so much better! Thank you Hun x

@ Angy Thank you x
Oh, I'm sorry I haven't comented on your posts for a while but I'll do my best to keep up with you now. Ouch your muscles must hurt a lot. I've had that kind of pain after exercise (in the rare occasions that I do exercise) or after walking in flats. And the calf pain is unbearable. It feels better when you wear heels though. Strange but true! xxx
