Today is the first day that I’ve woken up and not ached horribly all over which is such a nice feeling. This time around with the 30 Day Shred I’m able to do a lot more of the harder moves and I’m not taking any of the five second breaks Jillian allows you. The first time round with this DVD I couldn’t get through the first two minutes of cardio without falling over in a panting heap but this time I can do all the circuits without stopping! It’s nice to know that the four months of exercising I did last year haven’t completely vanished, I just wish I hadn’t stopped (stupid bloody colds/stomach bugs/general Winter illness!), fingers crossed that this will mean I’ll get back to where I was quicker this time around and maybe even start to enjoy working out again!
I’ve come down to the Isle of Wight to spend the weekend with Papa and The Ginger Terror, within five minutes of walking through the front door I am covered in ginger fur! I really should have learnt by now and probably shouldn’t have decided on one of my rare all black outfits…..
Jumper: Urban Outfitters
Belt: Warehouse
Jeans: Topshop
Boots: Shelleys
Necklace & Bracelet: Grandmama’s
….I dyed my hair again last night, this time I went for L’Oreal Castings Plum which you can’t really see against the black jumper but I love it. I also slept in the new foam rollers I got from Superdrug which are actually comfortable enough to really sleep in and gave me great curls which have lasted all day (the curls I do with my GHD Max Straighteners do tend to drop out the minute I step outside), I’d highly recommend them.
I hope you all have fun weekends ahead of you? Mine will involve picture hanging, working out (still need to do todays workout!), drinking Sangria (thank you Gem) and generally eating lots of scrummy food, YUM!
Lots of Love
P.S. x
Hello you! I have sooo much Kittenish Behaviour to catch up on! I love your hair colour, I think it looks good against the black! Hope you have a great weekend with your pops! X

@ Chelsea Thank you and thank you Lovely x
Wow, your hair looks really pretty! I never use curlers before because I thought they would be uncomfortable to sleep in but now I'm going to try! I always love that you show off your curves in your outfit posts! xoxoxxoo

@ Fashion Cappuccino Thank you Lovely, the foam curlers are fine to sleep in or you could try rag rolling your hair. I do tend to wear very figure hugging outfits as I don't think oversized things suit me but I'd love to learn how to wear them as I love the look x
@ Oomph Good eye! It is a fish necklace which is actually a type of locket, his little mouth opens although I have no idea what you'd keep inside him! x
You look amazing, I especially love your jumper! And your hair looks great!! 🙂
<3
Haha ginger fur, I know the problem! My little kitty Chilli is a ginger and white nutcase who will jump on top of you when you least expect it!
Hey best of luck for your first day Purdey, I know they'll love you 🙂

Your hair looks fab have a lovely weekend xoxo
i'm the same as sarah, i'm catching up on kitz now, my blogger dashboard has been broken since before christmas so it's only when you pop up on twitter i click on youuuu.
i'm having a commenting tangent, beware!
xx
Foam rollers are the best because the curls last and they don't damage the hair. I love your hair like that. And I know what you mean with wearing black outfits and having hair all over (I blame my Loulou for that)! xxx
